Global Coin, LLC – Terms and Conditions of Sale For Bullion and Bullion Related Products

1. The Binding Agreement

By placing an order through www.shopglobalcoin.com (the "Website") or via telephone with a Global Coin representative, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Order Finality: Once Global Coin, LLC issues an Order Confirmation Number, a binding legal contract is formed.

• Price Locking: For all bullion products, the price is locked at the moment of confirmation. The Customer assumes all market risk from that moment forward.

• Technical Errors: Prices are updated in real-time via global spot market feeds. Global Coin, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical glitches, "fat-finger" pricing errors, or sudden market interruptions that result in a displayed price that does not reflect actual market value.

2. Fulfillment Integrity & Security

To ensure the highest level of transparency and security, Global Coin, LLC utilizes High-Resolution 4K Video Surveillance throughout the fulfillment process.

• Verifiable Accuracy: Every order is picked, inspected for quality, and packaged under continuous HD monitoring. This creates a verifiable record of the exact contents, condition, and tracking information of your package before it is sealed.

• Customer Protection: This security measure is designed primarily as a benefit to you. It provides an objective and irrefutable audit trail, ensuring that the products you ordered are the exact products we shipped.

• Internal Audits: In the rare event of a shipping discrepancy, these video records serve as the definitive source of truth to resolve issues quickly and fairly for all parties.

3. Market Loss Policy

Because bullion prices are volatile, all orders are subject to the following Market Loss Policy:

• Cancellation Prohibited: Once a confirmation number is issued, the order cannot be canceled by the Customer.

• Default: If a Customer fails to provide payment within the required timeframe (see Section 4), Global Coin, LLC may, at its sole discretion, may cancel the order.

• Liability: In the event of a cancellation or default, the Customer is liable for:

1. The Market Loss (the difference between the price at which the order was confirmed and the lower market price at the time of cancellation).

2. A Cancellation Fee of $35.00 or 5% of the order total (whichever is greater).

• Market Gains: Any gains resulting from a market increase between the time of order and cancellation remain the sole property of Global Coin, LLC.

4. Payment Terms & Deadlines

To maintain a locked-in price, payments must be initiated according to the following schedule:

• ACH/Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal: Payment must be completed immediately at the time of checkout.

• Bank Wires: Must be initiated within one (1) business day of order confirmation.

• Late Payments: Failure to meet these deadlines may result in order cancellation under the Market Loss Policy.

5. Sales Tax and Regulatory Compliance

Global Coin, LLC complies with all state and local tax laws via automated compliance software.

• Automated Collection: We make every reasonable effort to accurately calculate, collect, and remit the appropriate sales tax for every transaction based on the specific "Ship-To" address (State, County, and Municipal) provided.

• Comprehensive Processing: Our goal is to ensure that the total amount paid at checkout represents the final and complete tax obligation for your order..

6. Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery

Global Coin, LLC provides fully insured shipping on all orders.

• Insurance Coverage: Packages are insured until delivered to the address provided.

• Cessation of Insurance: Insurance coverage ends the moment a package is:

1. Signed for by any person at the delivery address.

2. Marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

3. Left at a "drop-off" location requested by the customer (e.g., a UPS Store or third-party mail drop).

• Damaged/Tampered Packages: If a package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, the Customer must refuse delivery or notify Global Coin, LLC within 24 hours.

7. Return and Refund Policy

• Bullion Sales: Due to market volatility, all bullion sales are final. * Exchanges: If a product does not match the description (wrong weight/purity), Global Coin, LLC will exchange the item or provide a refund at its discretion, provided the item is returned in its original, unopened packaging.

8. Investment Disclaimer & Risks

• No Advice: Global Coin, LLC is a retailer and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

• Market Risk: The value of precious metals is subject to market fluctuations. Purchasing bullion involves risk, and the Customer should perform their own due diligence before purchasing.

• Force Majeure: Global Coin, LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: market disruptions, government actions, carrier strikes, or natural disasters.

9. Governing Law and Venue

Global Coin, LLC is headquartered in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.

• Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

• Venue: Any legal action or dispute resolution arising from a transaction with Global Coin, LLC shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of Dane County, Wisconsin.

• Export Restrictions: Global Coin currently ships to U.S. addresses only. Customers agree to comply with all U.S. export laws regarding the transport of precious metals.
